3/ Player can Double on any 2 cards.

6/ A Tie is a Push; bets are returned on a push.

Card Values:
- 2-9 = face value
- 10-K = 10
- A = 1 or 11, whichever is higher without busting the hand.

How to Play Perfect Pairs Blackjack
Like a standard game of blackjack, betting takes place first. The player and dealer are both given two cards. The player’s cards are dealt face up. The dealer’s first card is face down, second card face up.
The player will check his cards first, then decide whether to surrender or play. If the player surrenders, half of his bets are lost, but the other half returned. If the player chooses to continue, the dealer will check for blackjack. If the dealer has blackjack, the hand is over – the dealer wins (unless the player also has blackjack, which is a Push). If the dealer does not have blackjack, the player will choose one o the following:
- Stand (take no more cards)
- Hit (take another card)
- Double (take just one more card, doubling the original bet size; players can double on any 2-card total)
- Split (split two identical cards into two hands; one split and one re-split is allowed per hand)

Perfect Pairs Blackjack Payouts
The hand closest to 21 without going over wins. If the player’s hand is highest, he is paid even money. If the dealer’s hand is higher, the player’s bet is lost. If either hand busts (goes over 21), the other hand instantly wins. In case of a tie, the player’s bet is returned.
Blackjack (Pays 3 to 2): A natural Blackjack is a hand with a total value of 21 and only two cards. A split hand cannot result in a natural blackjack, but rather a standard hand of 21.
Insurance (2 to 1): When the dealer’s face up card is an Ace, the player may choose to buy insurance for a cost of 50% of his original bet. If the dealer has blackjack, the players original bet is lost, but the insurance pays 2 to 1 (i.e. player breaks even). If no blackjack, the insurance bet is lost and the hand carries on.

The Perfect Pairs side bet is optional. The player may choose to wager any amount between the current table limits on a Perfect Pairs side bet.
Winning Perfect Pairs bets and their respective payouts are:
Perfect Pairs (Pays 30 to 1): The player’s first two cards are a perfect pair, such as 4 of Hearts + 4 of Hearts, or Ace of Spades + Ace of Spades.
Colored Pair (Pays 12 to 1): The player’s first two cards are a same-color pair, such as 7 of Hearts + 7 of Diamonds, or King of Clubs + King of Spades.
Mixed Pair (Pays 5 to 1): the player’s first two cards are an exact pair different colored suits, such as 2 of Spades + 2 of Diamonds, or Jack of Hearts + Jacks of Clubs.
